Whole Circle Vol. 1 - Whole × Sauna Haus

Whole Circle is a new gathering by Whole; bringing people together through movement, recovery and connection. For our first edition, we’ll start the morning with a 5K trail run from Kloof Nek parking lower tafelberg, the lower part just opposite signal hill, led by Zoe & Mtulisi, followed by a breathwork session by Chloe before sauna time at Sauna Haus to slow down and connect. It’s a relaxed morning centred around feeling good in your body, being around good people and making space for recovery. Come ready to move, breathe and slow down.
