Grab your girls and join a chill hike where we focus on good vibes and mindful moments together. In need of some time in nature? Touch grass and get away for a morning with the girls. Mindful Hikes are a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life, reconnect with nature, and practise being fully present. Rather than rushing to reach the end, we’ll take our time, pause to notice what’s around us, and enjoy meaningful conversations (and quiet moments too) along the way. Throughout the hike, we’ll weave in simple mindfulness practices, gentle reflection prompts, and moments to simply breathe, observe and appreciate the beauty around us.
