BTB is a hands-on culinary experience that celebrates the art of personalization and pairing, creativity, and the simple pleasure of making something uniquely yours. Together we will immerse into silky golden butter, exploring a world of flavors, textures, and unexpected pairings, this workshop invites you to rediscover butter beyond the ordinary. Experiment with aromatic herbs, spices, honey, citrus, edible flowers, and indulgent toppings as you create your own signature butters. Whether sweet or savory, classic or unconventional, every creation tells a story of flavor and imagination. More than a workshop, Beyond The Butter is a celebration of food, sharing, and the joy of creating something delicious together. Mirette Aly is an Egyptian chef of Turkish heritage, hospitality entrepreneur, and founding partner and Chief Hospitality Officer at TLT Concepts. A self-taught chef, she explores the intersection of food, culture, and storytelling, drawing on her culinary roots and passion for bringing people together. She has hosted several television shows, including Hamsa, The Secret Dinner Club, Malh wa Sukkar, and Million Pound Menu Egypt.
