An interactive workshop exploring how aroma, colour and texture contribute to the experience of food. Guests take part in three bread-and-salt tastings, each within a different sensory setting, and record their impressions before a shared reveal. This develops last year’s Smell This, Taste That through a new focus on expectation and context. Please note that workshop slots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrive early to secure your spot, as capacity may fill up quickly.
