Metabolic Majlis - Female Founders [Rosemin Opgenhaffen]

Metabolic Majlis | Female Founders Rosemin Opgenhaffen spent 25 years building other people's brands. Beauty editorial, television, luxury consulting, and RR&Co, the agency she founded here. Last year she launched Rosemin Beauty, her own line, built for the warm, olive and deep skin tones the industry has spent decades getting wrong. She has called it her first real founder moment. She was 45 and in her third trimester when it launched. We wanted her in this room because she could have stayed on the safe side of a very good career and started from zero instead. A small group of women building companies here, most of them still in the difficult part. We'll talk about the long middle of building something, doing it later than the timeline says you should, what it takes from you at home, and the thing founders quietly drop first, which is usually their own health. Agenda Fireside chat. An open conversation with Rosemin and Zeina Abdalla, Metabolic Co-founder, about ambition, family, health and everything it takes to keep building. The majlis. Refreshments and time to mingle with the women in the room.
