About the Event In a fast-paced world, true tranquility can feel elusive. Whether you are a seasoned meditator or exploring silent prayer for the very first time, you are welcome here. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not let them be afraid.”— John 14:27 The Evening's Program We will gather in a shared spirit of silence and reflection, moving through the following flow: • Welcome & Opening Prayer – Grounding ourselves in the presence of the Divine. • Reading from John Main – A brief reflection on the profound nature of Christian stillness. • Meditation – 20 minutes of silent prayer to quiet the mind and open the heart. • Lectio Divina – A slow, prayerful reading and contemplation on the gift of Christ’s peace. • Time for Quiet Reflection or Meditation – Immersing in the beauty and tranquility of St Theodore's Community Spiritual Garden. • Silent Prayer & Final Blessing – Closing our time together in gratitude and peace.
