Join us for a free course learning baby massage techniques to help strengthen your connection and encourage communication with your baby, as well as connecting with other parents. Therapeutic touch can help to: • Enhance your baby’s mood • Strengthen your bond with baby • Reduce stress for parent and child • Improve and regulate baby’s sleep patterns • Gain a deeper understanding of baby’s communication Please bring a cushion to sit on and a blanket for your baby. This 4 week course is presented by Baptist Care.
