You can't pour from an empty cup - caring for yourself is just as important as caring for others - with by Palliative Care South Australia Part of our "Not Dead Yet" workshop series, this session will highlight the importance of self-care, explore practical self-care plans and provide ideas and strategies to help you incorporate self-care into your life when supporting others. Wednesday 28 October, 1pm-2pm Clarence Park Community Centre, 72-74 East Avenue, Black Forest Free, bookings essential.
