Parents & Baby Yoga is a gentle, beginner‑friendly practice where parents move through modified yoga postures alongside their babies. These classes focus on slow, mindful movement, breathwork, and simple stretches that help you regain strength after birth while creating space for play, touch and eye contact with your bub. Sessions are flexible — you are welcome to care for your baby (feed, cuddle, change) as needed throughout the class.
