CHEESE AFTER DARK x SIDEWOOD Wednesday 18 November | 6.30 to 8.30pm | Adelaide Central Market Pop the cork on spring! 🥂 This November, Valérie welcomes Serena Moorghen, brand ambassador for Adelaide Hills winery Sidewood Estate (and actress, and Champagne sabreuse!), for an evening of cheese, local bubbles and good company. After hours, when the Market goes quiet, we open our doors just for you. Expect a fun and relaxed masterclass where you’ll discover how great cheese and great wine bring out the best in each other. Your evening includes: • A glass of Sidewood sparkling on arrival • 5 seasonal cheeses, each paired with a Sidewood wine • 3 hot, crispy flammekueches straight from the oven • A live sabrage demonstration (yes, a sword and a bottle!)
