Rethinking the Precinct: What makes a place thrive? What does the future of our precincts look like? Join the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters for an evening of discussion and networking exploring how our precincts, main streets and commercial centres can continue to thrive as the way we shop, work, dine and spend time changes. The evening will feature a panel discussion exploring the future of the precinct and what makes a place successful, vibrant and resilient. Hosted by Mayor Robert Bria, the panel will bring together three perspectives from across the property, economic development and business sectors: • Gianna Murphy, CEO, Renew Adelaide. • Matt Grant, Past Chair, Economic Development Australia. • Andrew Pfitzner, Pfitzner Furniture. The panel will explore how precincts are evolving, the role of experiences and diverse businesses in creating vibrant places, and what successful precincts might look like over the next 10–20 years. 5.45pm — Arrival & networking 6.00pm — Welcome & panel discussion 6.45pm — Networking & refreshments 7.30pm — Event concludes The evening will begin and conclude with an opportunity to network with other local businesses and business owners from across the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters.
