As we bring healing and balance to the heart chakra, we begin to release the emotional wounds and attachments of the past, creating space for more love, compassion, and peace in the present. Through forgiveness, softness, and self-compassion, we return to the wisdom of the heart. When the heart chakra is balanced, we walk through life with an open heart. We move with kindness, empathy, and generosity. We feel more connected to ourselves, to others, to the animal kingdom, and to the Earth itself. We lead with compassion rather than protection. The Heart Chakra dance invites you to gently heal the hurts you have carried within your heart, and awaken the love, joy, and compassion that already lives within you. As your heart opens, you begin to radiate that energy into your relationships, your life, and the world around you.
