Join us for a FREE 45minute Pilates session in the park to stretch and strengthen as part of City of Marion's Fitness Program on 17 November Marion Fitness in the Park: Pilates I 17 November Join CPilates for a fun and energizing in person Pilates session! Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, this class is perfect to stretch, strengthen, and relax your body. Improve your posture, core strength, and flexibility while having a great time with others. It's all about feeling good and staying healthy. Remember to bring a towel or mat and wear comfy clothes! This is a FREE event. Photographs may be captured as part of this event. Please notify the photographer if you do not want to be included. Note: Participants are accessing this event at their own risk and agreeing to the conditions of the activity.
