Microscope Party Discover Hidden Worlds- Seaford Library

Join us for a fascinating microscope adventure and uncover the amazing miniature worlds all around us! Ever wondered what’s hiding in a drop of water, a handful of soil or even a feather? Get up close with live samples, meet microscopic phytoplankton, learn about South Australia’s recent algal bloom, and discover how everyday people can contribute to real environmental research through citizen science. Bring along your own nature finds, from pond water and insects to shells, leaves and feathers, and see what secrets they reveal under the microscope! Microscopes provided or you can bring along your own! In conjunction with Sustainable Onkaparinga.
