No experience is necessary—just bring yourself, and if needed, a blanket and cushion for extra comfort. Whether you're a beginner or experienced in meditation, this event is open to all who are looking to cultivate inner peace and focus. This event is held in the function room " The Creative Stage" and the entrance to this room is from the back of Ngutungka Henley Community Centre adjacent to the car park which is accessed off North street. Once parked go up the set of steps and enter the automatic glass doors which will be open from 6.15pm. Then turn right before the next set of sliding doors (which are locked as the library will be closed at that time) and then turn right again before the lifts and enter the Creative Stage door which just has a few steps up into the room. Alternatively you can take those lifts to the first floor and enter the Creative Stage that way also.
