Neighbourhood Kitchen - Vegetarian & Plant-Based Cooking Class and Lunch

Residents are invited to join us for a flavour-focused vegetarian and plant-based cooking experience. Discover how to create delicious, satisfying meals using the natural goodness of grains, legumes and vegetables. This hands-on workshop will explore simple techniques, fresh ingredients and flavour combinations that make plant-based cooking both nutritious and exciting. Menu includes: • Lentil and mushroom shepherd's pie • Chickpea and spinach curry • Quinoa, roasted pumpkin and tofu salad Your session includes: • Hands-on cooking tuition • Practical tips and techniques • A delicious plant-based lunch • Printed recipes to take home All welcome (men and women).
