RECEIVE: A Yin & Pin Experience

RECEIVE: A 90-Minute Yin Yoga & Acupuncture Journey. Summer invites us to soften, open up and make a little more room for joy. It's a gentle reminder that we don't always have to be the ones giving. Sometimes, we get to simply RECEIVE. Join Emily & Paula for a slow nourishing seasonal experience combining two beautiful practices over a gentle 90-minute journey of slow, nourishing Yin Yoga and ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. Through long-held yin postures, acupuncture and TCM education, we'll nourish the body's meridian pathways and gently clear space to RECEIVE. YIN: A slow, gentle Yin yoga practice led by Paula, using supported poses and stillness to invite your body to soften and unwind. PIN: A deeply restful acupuncture session with Emily, offering time to settle, rest and receive the care of this ancient practice. Together, these two experiences create space to pause, reconnect and give yourself the same softness you so freely offer others. Leave feeling deeply rested and quietly restored. Suitable for all levels. If you've been craving a little time just for you, we'd love to welcome you. Arrive. Breath. Let yourself fully RECEIVE. Lovingly brought to you by Emily & Paula xox @Flo.With.Emily l @Samadhi & Salutations Please note: This practice is suitable for most people and all experience levels.
