Go With 'Yin' - Half Day Summer Retreat Enjoy an Extended Yin Yoga Class, a decadent and nourishing High Tea, and the healing immersion of a Sound Bath. Go With 'Yin' is Riverdell's much-loved half-day retreat, created to help you slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself. For 3.5 beautiful hours, there is nowhere else you need to be and nothing you need to achieve. Begin with an extended Yin Yoga practice, gently inviting the body to release tension and settle into stillness. Yin asks us to move differently - with patience, presence and without force - creating space to listen to the quieter wisdom of the body. Following your practice, you'll be treated to a beautiful summer high tea, lovingly prepared with a selection of nourishing and decadent bites. Take your time, enjoy beautiful food and connect with others before returning to the Sanctuary. Your afternoon will then soften even further as you lie back and receive an immersive Sound Bath with Rebecca. Allow the vibrations of gongs and therapeutic sound to wash over you as you rest, receive and simply let go. This retreat is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Come exactly as you are, perhaps tired, stretched thin or simply ready for some space. What to bring: Please bring your yoga mat (mats can be provided if required), a warm blanket and anything else that helps you feel cosy and comfortable. We recommend wearing loose, comfortable layers. Your Facilitators: Jasmine | Yin Yoga Jasmine is the heart behind Kind Mind Wellness, where she shares nourishing retreats alongside Hatha and Yin Yoga. With a warm and grounded approach, Jasmine loves creating spaces where people can step away from the busyness of life, soften, breathe and simply be. Her practice extends beyond the physical, gently weaving together mindfulness, connection and calm. There is nothing she loves more than seeing people leave her spaces feeling a little lighter, deeply restored and more connected to themselves. Rebecca | Sound Bath Rebecca is Riverdell's resident Sound Bath Facilitator and a compassionate, heart-centred sound therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience. Founder of Sonic Embrace, Rebecca's extensive training includes Acutonics and The British Academy of Sound Therapy, alongside study and performance with Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux. Blending therapeutic sound with intuitive practice, Rebecca creates deeply immersive sound experiences designed to support rest, connection and wellbeing.
