You'll learn how to read and adapt to the people in front of you to improve your business development, marketing and customer service effectiveness. • Afternoon Session - led by Maryanne Katsidis, MAK. Turn the lens inward to explore the patterns that shape how you respond under pressure or when you're outside your comfort zone.
