Learn how to: Select the right native species for your soil type and microclimate. Identify which plants thrive in erosion‑prone or low‑productivity zones Discussion on exclusion fencing and guard options to protect young plants from browsing pressure. Plan and establish shelter belts that improve biodiversity, livestock welfare, and long‑term farm productivity Share current resources for native perennials for emergency livestock fodder The session also includes a guided tour of an established revegetation site to see successful plantings and management techniques in action. Whether you’re beginning your revegetation journey or expanding existing work, this workshop will give you the confidence to design, plant, and maintain native vegetation on your property.
