Create, play, explore & learn about feelings and regulation with a qualified Social Worker Join us in person for a fun, grounding, and relaxing session of Therapeutic Sensory Play! This workshop guides children to explore different textures, sounds, and movements that naturally boost mood and calm the nervous system. It's a beautiful, low-demand space to unwind, connect with their senses, and enjoy the present moment. ✨ What’s Included: • Sensory Quest: A gentle nature quest using our eyes, ears, and hands to help little bodies slow down and feel grounded, while collecting our potion ingredients. • Potion Play: Fizzy, magical mixing focused on emotional externalisation and releasing big feelings. Choose from different potions such as Pop a Worry, Bravery potions or create your very own positive potions. • Space/ Ocean Theme Sensory Trays: Explore different textured Sensory Trays such as Oobleck, Slime, Sand Play, etc) • Feelings Playdough Creations: Sculpt and shape different emotions using scented, tactile playdough to express how feelings feel in the body • Nature Art: Use hands, brushes, leaves and flowers to create masterpieces to hang up at home using eco art paints. • Take-Home: A small goodie bag packed with sensory joy to keep the calm going at home.
