Join me outdoors under the morning sky for a 60-minute guided nervous system reset designed to help you slow down, release the week and reconnect with your body. You’ll put on headphones, close your eyes and be guided through 9D Breath & Sound: An immersive experience combining gentle guided breathing, layered sound, music and relaxation techniques to help quiet the mental noise and guide the body toward a calmer, more restful state. While you rest, I’ll move through the space offering Reiki and Spinal Energetics: a gentle, non-invasive energetic practices intended to encourage relaxation, body awareness and a sense unwinding of the nervous system and reconnection back to self. Simply come, lie down and receive the transmissions into calmness. Headphones on. Eyes closed. Fresh morning air. The earth beneath you. The warmth of the fire nearby.
