TEN-360: Procedural Sedation 2026

The Procedural Sedation workshop is suited to both novice and experienced learner and will be of value to medical officers, nurses, nurse practitioners and paramedics who wish to develop or consolidate skills in procedural sedation. The course will explores indications, risk assessment, preparation of the patient, equipment, team for procedural sedation, common pharmacological agents and their routes of administration in procedural sedation, monitoring and recovery, recognition and management of complications, discharge procedure including discharge advice. The workshop is delivered in a supportive learning environment and uses interactive online pre-learning to cover core knowledge and a one day workshop for procedural skills and simulation training.
