Join Ariane from Heart2Heart and Kerstin, from Playful Preence, for a special four-part series exploring the joy of authentic human connection through meaningful conversations, creativity, movement and play. Beginning with Ariane’s thoughtfully designed conversation cards, participants are invited to go beyond small talk, sharing stories, exploring ideas and engaging in meaningful conversations that deepen understanding and strengthen connections. Through carefully chosen prompts, we create opportunities to listen, reflect, laugh and discover more about ourselves and one another. Kerstin then brings the playful and creative world of her combined InterPlay and Arts Therapy modalities, using gentle movement, storytelling, creativity and self-expression to explore connection in new and unexpected ways and deepen awareness through reflection and body wisdom. Together, these two approaches offer a beautiful balance of conversation and movement, reflection and playfulness, creating space for real connections to grow. The series celebrates being human, intercultural understanding and the richness of our diverse backgrounds, stories and life experiences.
