Grounding Ritual: Feel settled and safe to just be yourself as we start by moving stagnant chi and releasing any build up of stress and tension through tai chi and core energetics to be present and connect with community in the space, followed by introductions, boundaries and intentions for our time together. Ancestral Trauma Clearing: Experience an energetic and emotional clean up of inherited karma as you start to process traumatic blockages and start to break patterns passed down from your ancestors to align yourself to your true essence. Somatic Release: Release trauma and suppressed emotions from the body through body work as we tune into what you're holding onto and where it needs to be shifted energetically and physically. Family Constellations: Identify what is needed to shift your family dynamics on an emotional and energetic level to support you in your emotional healing and gain insights into the dysfunctions of family members and healing needed for them and for you.
