Welcome to our monthly Reiki Circle, hosted by Jodie from Bowen & Soul Adelaide and Kaliesha from The Mothers Temple, together as Aligned Soul Collective. Held in a calm and supportive environment at 19 on Green Community Centre, Brompton, these monthly circles combine guided reflection, meditation, crystal sound healing and Reiki to create space for rest, self-awareness and meaningful connection. 🌸 This Month's Theme: The Joy Within As life becomes filled with responsibilities, routines and things that need our attention, it can be easy to lose touch with the parts of ourselves that simply enjoy being alive. Joy doesn't have to come from something big or extraordinary. It can be found in music, movement, creativity, nature, laughter, connection, curiosity, play and the small everyday experiences that make us feel more like ourselves. This month's Reiki Share invites you to reconnect with joy, creativity and play and explore the things that genuinely light you up. Rather than focusing on what needs to be healed, fixed or changed, we'll take some time to remember what brings energy, colour and enjoyment into our lives — including things we may have loved when we were younger or simply haven't made space for lately. As part of the evening, you'll create your own Joy Map, using words, colours, symbols and simple drawings to explore the people, places, experiences, memories and little pleasures that bring you joy. There is no artistic ability required. This isn't about creating something perfect or beautiful. It's an opportunity to play, explore and create without worrying about the outcome. Whether you're an experienced Reiki practitioner or completely new to Reiki, this evening offers a welcoming space to reconnect with yourself in a supportive community. Choose Your Experience Path One – Reiki Practitioners If you have completed Reiki Level 1, Level 2 or Reiki Master training, this circle provides a welcoming opportunity to continue developing your confidence and practice. You'll have the chance to: • Practice giving Reiki in a relaxed environment • Share energy with others • Continue strengthening your intuition and confidence • Connect with other Reiki practitioners within the Adelaide community Path Two – Beginners Welcome No Reiki experience is needed. If you've never experienced Reiki before, you're warmly invited to simply receive. You'll be guided through the workbook, Joy Map activity and meditation before relaxing into a soothing crystal sound bath while receiving Reiki from our attuned practitioners. There is nothing you need to do. Simply allow yourself to rest. The First Hour – Guided Reflection, Creativity & Your Joy Map We begin the evening with gentle reflection using a thoughtfully designed workbook centred around this month's theme of The Joy Within. Together, we'll explore what brings us joy, what makes us feel most like ourselves, the things we loved doing when we were younger, and where creativity and play show up in our lives now. We'll then create our own Joy Maps. Using words, colours, symbols and drawings, you'll have space to intuitively map the things that light you up — from people and places to music, nature, creativity, movement, connection, adventure and life's small everyday pleasures. You'll have opportunities to pause, create, reflect and, if you wish, share your insights with the group. No previous experience with journaling or creative practices is needed, and all materials for the Joy Map will be provided. The Second Hour – Meditation, Sound Healing & Reiki The second half of the evening invites you into deep relaxation. Kaliesha will guide a calming meditation designed to settle the nervous system and create space for stillness before flowing into a live crystal sound healing experience. During this time, Reiki practitioners will share Reiki with participants, while those receiving are invited to simply rest, restore and allow themselves to be supported. We close the evening with gentle grounding and an oracle card reflection. Meditation & Crystal Sound Healing A guided meditation followed by an immersive crystal singing bowl sound experience.
