VANA is an immersive, 2-hour guided breathwork experience inviting you to step away from the everyday, turn inward and explore what’s possible when you create space for yourself. We’ll finish with time for rest, reflection and integration. No previous breathwork experience is necessary. Our approach is trauma-informed, with safety, choice and personal autonomy at the heart of everything we do. You’re always welcome to move at your own pace.
