BATHED IN SOUND Immerse yourself in the healing embrace of water as sound vibrations wash over you, dissolving tension and guiding you into deep relaxation. Let the water and sound synergy create a profound space for rest and renewal - where the body softens, the heart opens, and the soul feels fully held. Floating in gentle stillness, you'll be bathed in the soothing frequencies of TIbetan sound bowls and sacred tones, allowing the water to amplify their healing resonance. This journey is an invitation to surrender and cultivate deep rest and peace. Come, float, receive. Experience the healing power of SOUND and WATER. Discover inner peace and harmony. WHAT TO BRING/WEAR • Swimwear/Bathers • Towel • Something warm to cover yourself while you float (if using an air mattress to float) - towel/washable blanket/sarong as sometimes body temperature will drop while you are lying still. Leggings and tshirt over swimwear is also ideal if you wish to remain on the mattress and not get into the water. • A change of clothes/or something warm to put on after our session so you can return comfortably to your car/home. • Eye mask/eye pillow (optional) • Pls note a small amount of tickets are also now available for sale for guests wishing to attend the soundbath but not wanting to get into the water. Pls refer to booking page and select 'General Admissions (No Float Soundbath Only)' tickets if you DO NOT wish to enter the pool. *Pool noodles and air mattress are provided (attendees can choose to float on the water on an air mattress, or alternatively, choose to float in the water supported by pool noodles). Doors open at 6.45pm and will be closed at 7.00pm sharp. Unfortunately no late comers due to nature of event. Ample parking is available on site. ENTER the Minda Aquatic Centre via Bright Way (service road) which runs off of King George Avenue, North Brighton SA 5048. Enter Bright Way (a 15km speed access road) travel slowly down about 50metres until you reach the Southend Carpark. The carpark is directly in front of the Minda Aquatic Centre, North Brighton. **Numbers limited. Please note doctor's approval should be sought prior to attending any sound healing session particularly if you have any metal plates in the body, a pacemaker, suffer from sound induced epilepsy, or if you are in your first or third trimester of pregancy. By attending this event you agree to take full responsibility for yourself during the session and that you understand that images may be taken at the event and shared for marketing and promotional purposes.
