How often do you find yourself being the one who gives — your time, energy, care and attention — while rarely allowing yourself the same space to receive? As women, we can become so accustomed to doing, holding everything together and showing up for others that receiving can feel unfamiliar. This experience invites you to relax, unwind and open to receiving. In two hours, we’ll come together in a nurturing Women’s Circle incorporating Cacao Ceremony, Guided Journalling, Reiki and Womb Healing, creating space to reconnect with your body, reflect and set intentions. 🌀 The 10/10 Portal The 10/10 Portal offers an opportunity to pause, turn inward and reflect on what you’re ready to release, welcome and nurture as you move forward through your level of self-mastery. ☕️ Cacao Ceremony & Meditation Kaliesha will guide you through a heart-centred Cacao Ceremony with Meditation and Intention Setting, inviting you to slow down, connect with your heart and body and settle into the space. 🌿 Guided Reflective Journalling Jodie will guide you through carefully considered journal prompts to check in with your body, thoughts and emotions, explore what you’re opening your heart to, and reflect on what you’re ready to release and receive. 🌺 Womb Healing, Reiki & Sacred Sharing Jess will facilitate a Womb Healing experience incorporating Light Language and Galactic Healing, inviting you to connect with your Feminine Essence and explore Receiving. Jodie and Kaliesha will support the experience with Reiki, creating space to relax, let go and receive. Step away from the busyness of everyday life and give yourself the gift to soften, listen within and reconnect. Come to pause. Come to receive. Come to reconnect and come as you are. Cacao FAQs Is the cacao vegan and ceremonial grade? Yes. The cacao is vegan and ceremonial grade, with no milk or animal-derived ingredients. Are there any reasons I shouldn't have cacao? Cacao naturally contains caffeine and theobromine and may not be suitable for everyone. Please speak with your healthcare professional if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, IBS, reflux, a sensitivity to caffeine, or take medications that may interact with cacao.
