Ballarat Dalmatian Puppy Yoga Class

• Pups & Yoga: Enjoy yoga with the puppies - engaging in as much or as little yoga as you like! • Yoga Only: We finish with yoga only while the puppies enjoy some well-earned rest in their designated area. This structure is designed around puppy wellbeing - supporting positive socialisation and allowing pups to safely explore new people and environments, while balancing stimulation with important opportunities to rest and recharge. Class structure may vary depending on the class block you attend. Throughout each class, puppy wellbeing remains our top priority. Sessions are puppy-led and carefully managed to respect each pup’s individual comfort, boundaries and need for rest, while helping to prevent overstimulation. At the same time, our classes offer guests a meaningful pause from daily life. Through gentle movement, mindful breathing and connection with the puppies, participants are invited to slow down, be present and support their own wellbeing. By creating space for both puppies and people, pup yoga becomes a shared experience of calm, care and connection - where positive socialisation, mindful movement and wellbeing come together. Participants aged 12–16 are welcome to attend when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children follow all puppy handling and class rules to protect the wellbeing and safety of the puppies. Both the parent/guardian and child must purchase their own ticket to attend. A parent/guardian waiver is required prior to participation.
