Functional Integration Lesson

Functional Integration® — One-to-One Every Functional Integration lesson is a personalised exploration, shaped around you, your interests and the way you move. Your lesson begins with a conversation about what you would like to explore — your everyday activities, movement habits and anything you feel may be getting in the way of moving with greater ease. From there, you’ll settle comfortably on a Feldenkrais table for a gentle, hands-on lesson. Through subtle touch and guided movement, you are invited to notice how you organise yourself and discover new possibilities for movement, comfort and ease. There is no forcing, stretching or pushing. Instead, the lesson provides space to slow down, sense what you are doing and allow your nervous system to learn through experience. Props and supports may be used when helpful, allowing movement to be explored comfortably and in different ways. *Please contact me prior to booking to organise a suitable time and room hire at BMI*
