Brisbane Women's Connection Circle - November

A rare opportunity to Breathe & BE. A monthly women's circle to pause and connect with self and others. Each circle is different with offerings such as mindfulness, meditation, authentic relating, breathwork, attitude expansion, cacao ceremony, sharing/journaling and most importantly just being. All activities are optional. My intention is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can be your true self. Arriving just as you are and without the need to mask anything. To leave all the 'to do's' behind for just a little while. I hope that you choose to make time for this experience and I look forward to connecting with you soon. Spaces are limited. Invest in filling your own well-being cup (and I'll provide the cake!) Gratitude and love Susan 💜
