Community Breaths; A Weekly Breathwork Gathering Start your Friday with 40 minutes of intentional breath, fresh air, and connection with others. Community Breaths is a free weekly offering for those ready to finish their week in a connected and meaningful way: with breath, nature & community. What to expect: • Approx 20-30 minutes of breathwork (each week is different depending on the group, some weeks we do more energising breathwork and some we focus on more calming) • Connection with community • Everyone welcome, no prior experience needed *Please register for the event so we have an idea of numbers *Please note - from April- September we meet at 6:20am and from October-March we meet at 6am
