Meet the Presenter: Joana Santiago (The OT Lab) Joana Santiago is an occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience in postural care and complex wheelchair seating and positioning. Over the past 15 years, she has worked across five countries in the assistive technology sector, supporting product development, training suppliers, mentoring clinicians, and advocating for end users. She founded The OT Lab to provide practical, evidence-informed guidance that strengthens clinical reasoning and improves outcomes in seating and mobility practice.
