The theme for this year’s conference is Dissemination: Sharing Wisdom and will feature Professor Jennifer Tieman from Flinders University, Associate Professor Sharon Latimer from Griffith University and Harpreet Kalsi-Smith, Founder and Managing Director of The Kindness Company, as keynote speakers. The conference is open to clinicians of all disciplines with an interest in palliative and end-of-life care. Early bird registration is available for a limited time.
