CPD13 Certified Somatic Medicine Practitioner – Bodywork & Breathwork

A 3-day CPD intensive in trauma-aware somatic bodywork, conscious breathwork and pranayama for clinicians and therapists. Some of the deepest healing happens through the body, not just through talking. This 3-day, 50-hour CPD intensive trains you in trauma-aware somatic bodywork, conscious breathwork and pranayama, grounded in psychosomatic therapy and mind-body medicine. You'll learn to work directly with the nervous system to support emotional regulation, interoceptive awareness and integration.
