Join us for an evening exploring how strength training can improve your swimming, prevent injury, enhance longevity and manage common swimming injuries. Enjoy a guided tour of our facility, including demonstrations of our objective strength testing equipment. 6:30pm - Arrive and meet the team 6:45pm - Presentation followed by machine demonstration and strength testing Drinks and nibbles provided!
