Crystal Bowl Sound Bath @ The Lotus Room- Lifestyle & Wellness

Tabitha’s group sound bath sessions offer you the opportunity to take a short break from your own worries and the troubles of the outside world. She creates a sacred space which forms a ‘container’ where you can feel safe and held. You can relax and release, be soothed or challenged, calmed or energised, with the ultimate aim to leave the session feeling grounded, centered and ready to re-engage with the world. Crystal singing bowls are used to take you on a journey through rich sonic landscapes with mountains and valleys, peaks and dips, ending with a time of silence- allowing for integration and a sense of peace and calm. Some attendees report seeing colours or vivid imagery while they do deep inner work, some feel a relaxed increase in awareness, while others may drift off to sleep. Everybody and every session is different and unique. “My intention is to create the most safe and sacred space I can, and to play the most magical and meaningful soundscape possible to allow for relaxation and inner exploration. Using the frequencies of sound I offer the possibility of relaxation, release, insight and healing to those ready and in need.
