Monthly Sound Healing Experience 1st Tuesday of each month 6:30pm – 7:30pm Branches Community Centre, 29 Fox Street, Wynnum Step into a deeply nourishing sound healing journey designed to restore balance, clear energetic blockages, and bring you back into alignment. During this immersive session, you will: • Be guided through powerful pranayama (breathwork) practices to awaken and harmonise your energy centres • Explore mudras and meditation techniques to gently release stagnant or negative energy • Bathe in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, tuned to resonate with your body’s natural frequencies • Drift into a deeply restorative relaxation, followed by uplifting kirtan to elevate your mood and spirit This experience weaves together breath, sound, and stillness to support emotional release, inner calm, and spiritual connection. What to bring (BYO): • Yoga mat • Pillow • Blanket/s • Bolster (if you have one) • Eye pillow (if you have one) Please wear warm, comfortable clothing so you can fully relax and enjoy the experience.
