Discover the magic of gut-healthy drinks and their delicious secondary products (cultured butter and kefir cream cheese, anyone?). You walk away with kombucha, ginger beer, milk and water kefir cultures to make your own delicious probiotic drinks. A folder full of recipes and fermentation tips is included.
