In this class you’ll learn how to prepare soft, light and fluffy Italian gnocchi as they should be, in the traditional way or even in an easier way, we’ll show you three easy and yummy sauces that are great with any kind of pasta, but especially perfect with gnocchi. Then we’ll cook the gnocchi with two different sauces, and we’ll gather together with a glass of Italian white wine to enhance the flavour of our gnocchi. At the end of the class, you’ll get the recipe book.
