Join us for a relaxing, nourishing break filled with connection on Wednesday, 14th October. Lunch is sorted for you and we will join together for a 15 minute mellow Kirtan experience after Lunch. All are welcome, whether you're a regular or are joining us for the first time. If you would like to up your relaxation, feel welcome to join us for deep peace meditation prior from 11:15am - 12 Midday, The deep peace session is a $5 donation or free for unlimited members. Event Details • Date: Wednesday, 14th October • Time: 12:15 PM – 1:00 PM (Lunch served at 12:15 PM, meditation begins at 12:40 PM) Location: ASMY West End, 320 Montague Road • Cost: Donation of $10 recommended to cover the meal cost What to Expect • 12:15 PM: Casual Vegetarian Lunch—enjoy plant-based goodness and chats. • 12:40 PM: Kirtan Meditation and breathwork —a mellow, 20-minute session to relax and recharge you What to Bring • Just yourself!
