Whether you're flying solo, bringing your little ones, or inviting a support person along. It’s a space for connection, conversation, and a whole lot of self-love. 🌿 MEET AMY— YOUR NEW FARM HOST 🌿 Hey I’m Amy, I became a mum in 2024 and honestly, it’s been my lifelong dream. I absolutely love getting out and about adventuring with my little one, and as a family we’re always planning our next trip or fun outing together. I love a good plan but I’m also super easy-going and just love connecting with people. I have one little babe who is 1.5 years old 🫶 Before becoming a mum, I worked in mental health services, so I know just how important community and safe spaces are when it comes to navigating motherhood and sharing experiences with others who get it. That’s a huge reason why I wanted to become a HMWC host What I love most about Hot Mum Walk Club is that it keeps us outside, moving our bodies and prioritising our health while creating friendships and connections that hopefully last a lifetime ☕ Go-to coffee order: Iced latte on oat ☀️ Ideal morning: A slow breakfast followed by a fun family outing ✨ Fun fact: I’ve lived all around the world My message to other mums: “I know the feeling. Stepping out and trying a mum group can feel really daunting, but there is absolutely no space for judgement or negativity here. All experiences of motherhood are valid. I’m nervous too, but together we’ll have a great time.” What to expect at Amy’s walks: A fun, chatty vibe with lots of connection, snack stops for my forever-hungry toddler, and the occasional balance bike ride ahead of the group New Farm is such a beautiful location — flat pathways, stunning river views and no cars near where we’ll be walking, making it the perfect relaxed walk for mums and bubs
