After so many requests for MORE walks and MORE locations, we’re excited to announce our new on going walk location is Springfield! As per usual we are ready to create space and time for connection, movement, and coffee-fuelled chats 🫶 WHEN: Every Wednesday, meet at 9AM, grab your coffee at Table 26 We’ll kick off the walk around 9AM to allow time for mingling and caffeine top-ups WHERE: Table 26 Shop 260-261, Orion Shopping Centre (near Dominos, 1 Main St, Springfield Central QLD 4300 About Hot Mum Walk Club: Hot Mum Walk Club is all about creating a safe, welcoming, and empowering community for mums. Whether you're flying solo, bringing your little ones, or inviting a support person along. It’s a space for connection, conversation, and a whole lot of self-love. 🌿 MEET GORDEEN — YOUR SPRINGFIELD HOST 🌿 Meet Gordeen or G / GG for short - Mama of 3 beautiful girls — currently 9 weeks postpartum with my littlest darling, alongside my two older girls aged 6 and 8. I run a small event styling and furniture business while also studying to become a breathwork facilitator. I love dancing, camping, fitness and anything to do with personal development and growth I wanted to become a HMWC host because firstly… the VIBES. But honestly, after having my third daughter I felt really secluded in those first few weeks and lost myself a little not being connected to the outside world. I understand what it feels like to be a single mum, a working mum and now a partnered mum, and I would love to help hold space for other women to connect, share experiences and lighten the mental and emotional load we all carry from time to time 💕 What I love most about Hot Mum Walk Club is the community that’s been created for mummas. The support, the conversations, the energy… it’s something really special 🫶 ☕ Go-to order: Hazelnut cappuccino, lactose free and served warm or a yummy protein banana shake 🤤 ☀️ Ideal morning: A calm morning where bub is asleep, I’ve had time for a shower, done a little life admin, eaten avo on toast with a creamy coffee, had my greens and headed out for a walk with my partner to talk life ✨ Fun fact: I love twerking 😂 My message to other mums: “You don’t have to be anything or be anyone other than who you are in this moment. Feel what you need to feel and know there is no judgement. Life can feel heavy and we wear a lot of hats in our day-to-day, but if you can take one hour out for yourself, I promise everything else feels a little lighter. No expectations, no explanations… just moving through life one step at a time with other mummas who understand.” 💗 What to expect at Gee’s walks: Motion moves emotion, right? We’ll move as quickly or as slowly as we need. Expect connection, movement, good chats, fresh air and lots of laughs. It’s not the location that makes a walk special — it’s the people and experiences we share together that make the moments unforgettable
