Incident Investigation Masterclass

This training session helps middle and upper management to be better prepared to handle workplace incidents/accidents in a timely and effective manner. It also ensures they are aware of the relevant legislation that’s needed to be followed to ensure the safety of their workers. This training session will provide learners with the necessary knowledge to approach an incident or accident investigation in a systematic manner, provide them with the tools to conduct and complete an effective investigation. Additionally, learners will be able to identify the key steps needed to reach desired outcomes and identify corrective actions needed to prevent further incidents. The final session of the day will have the learners broken into small groups and they will be able to practice what they have learnt by completing a mock investigation. Each group will investigate and analyse, identify root causes, and present their findings to the rest of the class. Look forward to presenting this topic to your clients.
