Ipswich Deep Sound Immersion

The relaxation and self healing benefits of Deep Sound Meditation is now in Ipswich. Allow yourself to be taken on a journey of deep relaxation and stress release with the soothing sounds of singing bowls, gongs, medicine drum, chimes, rattles and voice. When you can let go and deeply relax the power of self healing is activated to support mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. Heidi is a trained Sound Healer and Therapeutic Yoga teacher who combines the benefits of sound, breath work and meditation to guide you through your own unique journey of release and renewal. Experience the magic of deep sound meditation in an accessible venue. The St Thomas' Anglican Church Hall is the old church building and has great acoustics to make this journey event more special. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, blanket and cushion/pillow to make yourself comfy lying on the floor. It's also good to bring water to drink as it's good to be well hydrated for sound healing. There are chairs available if you prefer to sit and the venue has an accessibility ramp. All abilities are welcome :)
