LUNCH & LEARN - STEPPING INTO THEIR SHOES

Subrogation Essentials for Insurance Professionals - Presented by Turks Ever wondered what happens after an insurance claim is paid out? It's the beginning of the next chapter. "Subrogation" allows insurers to step into the insured's shoes to recover from the "at-fault" party, but the road to recovery is complex and technical. The TURKS General Insurance Team will take you through the key legal issues and common pitfalls that arise during subrogated claims. We'll cover recent case law and share real-world case studies that show how decisions made early in the claims process can make or break a recovery months, or even years, later. Join us for practical insight into how your actions during the claims process can change the trajectory of a subrogated legal claim.
