Mantra Meditation Journey - Albany Creek

Join us for a relaxed and friendly community evening of Mantra Meditation, where you’ll be guided on a gentle journey through mindfulness, breathwork, mantra meditation (kirtan), and reflections from timeless yoga wisdom. Mantras are sacred sounds known for their ability to calm the mind and uplift the heart. When we sing or listen to these sounds together with live music in a relaxed and welcoming environment, it naturally creates a sense of peace, connection, and inner joy — while gently nourishing our deeper need for happiness, freedom from fear, and spiritual connection. Whether you’d like to sing along, listen quietly, sway gently to the music, or simply soak in the atmosphere, this evening offers a beautiful space to unwind, reconnect, and experience the joy of mantra meditation together. We end with some spiced Chai and Vegan treats :) No experience is needed — everyone is welcome. Come and give yourself a little space to relax, recharge, and reconnect with something deeper within, in a warm and supportive community atmosphere.
