'Meet new mum friends' coffee catch up at Happy Jane Cafe Sun 20th Sep 2026 | 8am – 10am "I was new to the area and literally knew nobody. I've found so many lovely friends through Social Mums Club." There's something really special about having a group of supportive local mum friends, and Social Mums Club is on a mission to help mums across Australia do just that! If you wish you had more local mum friends, then this is the event for you! It doesn't matter what age you are or how old your children are. All that matters is that you are open to making new friends and that you have finally found your place. Kirsty (Social Mums Club founder & host) will be there to ensure you feel warmly welcomed, and will help connect you with your new local friends. You can either come on your own (most people do) or if you know someone else who might like to join us too — feel free to invite them along as well. Children are welcome to join us too — there is a small play area at the cafe (no need to purchase them a ticket). Your $10 ticket will go towards your drink on arrival, and if you want to purchase food at the venue you are most welcome to do so. Spots are limited so we can keep it warm and personal — grab yours below. Social Mums Club was literally created to help mums connect with other local mums, so please know that we are very experienced at helping anyone who is feeling a little apprehensive. Here's what I will do to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible: 💗 I will have really clear signage and I will be wearing a bright pink t-shirt so you can easily spot me. You will not have to worry that you might be in the wrong place or with the wrong group. 💗 Our events are never cliquey. The ladies at the event are usually meeting for the very first time, so you will not be the only person who doesn't know anyone. 💗 You can come early if you want to. Sometimes the hardest part about turning up to an event is walking in. Please feel free to arrive 15 minutes early so you are the first one there — we can also sit together until you feel comfortable. I can't wait to meet you and introduce you to your new local friends!
