Back by popular demand, our much-loved Bay to Bar seafood boat returns for another Melbourne Cup celebration, laden with Tasmanian Pacific and Sydney Rock Oysters, premium caviar, Moreton Bay bugs, sashimi and Hervey Bay scallop ceviche served with all the classic accompaniments. The drinks keep flowing with G.H. Mumm Champagne, Shaw & Smith Sauvignon Blanc, Louis Latour Chardonnay 2023, Maison AIX Rosé 2024 and Louis Latour Valmoissine Pinot Noir 2023. Beyond the track, the afternoon unfolds with live entertainment, sweepstakes, raffles and a Best Dressed competition, giving you plenty of reasons to celebrate regardless of where your horse finishes.
